Working with Taylor has been a game-changer. Her mental health background adds so much depth to our sessions, and I love that she’s always honest about my progress while being incredibly supportive. Taylor has been so helpful in helping me work through both improving the nutrition aspects of my diet, as well as the mental limitations and blocks I had put upon myself. From the very first appointment I felt welcomed and heard, and Taylor has continued to make me feel comfortable sharing how I'm feeling, with whatever might be going on.

She has been a delight to work with and have helped me figure out health complications I've been dealing with for YEARS and with multiple specialists trying to figure it out. And over the course of a few months with Taylor, I have been able to presently live the best version of myself and I could not have gotten here without her insights and individual care for all of my concerns over my mind and body.

Taylor’s style is unique to her client’s diet, lifestyle, and personality. The changes we made are easy to implement because she caters so much to me. Her availability has always been flexible, she researches information and sends notes after every session so I know what to work on, and she’s always ready to help. There’s a lot of information online, but nothing beats working with a professional. Health is wealth, and I trust Taylor with my health.
Taylor is AMAZING! She’s so holistic and really takes into account all your concerns. She tailors (pun intended) your plan to accommodate all your needs taking into account chronic issues, your goals and realistic expectations. She is so knowledgeable and has taught me so much about gut health and helped my overall well being. And she’s SO nice.
Taylor is awesome. I sought out a nutritionist after years of feeling like I have no routine with eating and feeling generally not great. She met me where I was and set realistic, achievable, holistic goals centered on making me feel better in my mind and body. After sessions, I receive a pdf with links of things she recommends, recipes, ideas, "homework" - it really has been transformational and she provides so much support and insight. I can't recommend her enough.
